How to rip 4K Blu-ray on Mac OS X El Capitan?

Step 1: Load 4K Blu-ray from optical drive.
Click the "Folder" icon on the top menu bar to load your 4k Blu-ray disc to the program.



Step 2: Select output file format.
From the "Format" bar extended lists, define the output format from "Common Video > H.265 Video (*.mp4)" as the output file format which can preserve higher resolution. Or if your devices can’t support H.254 codec, you also can choose H.264 MP4.



Step 3: Set 4K video format(Optional)
If your devices, like 4K TV, 4K Projector, can play 4K video, you can set 4K format. In “Settings”, under video size column, change “1920*1280” to “ 4096*2160” to get 4K MP4 video. How to play 4K videos on Mac OS X El Capitan?

Step 1. Add 4K videos

Run a 4K video converter for Mac on Mac OS X El Capitan and import 4K videos
to it.



Step 2. Choose video format supported by Mac OS X El Capitan

Click the format bar to follow "HD Video" and "H.264 HD Video (*.mp4)."



Step 3: Downscale 4K video to 1080p
