How to change video frame rate?

Step 1: After launching the program, click "File" > "Add Video/Audio" to import movies. For loading Blu-ray or DVD disc, tap "File" > "Load from disc" to add Blu-ray/DVD disc to the program. 



Step 2: Click "Setting" button to open the "Settings Profile" windows, then switch to the "Frame Rate" tab; click the small triangle on the right side of the drop down menu. Here, you can choose your desired video frame rate. 

Step 3: Press the "Format" drop-down button to select desired video format as output format. Click the "Browse" button to specify which folder which stores the frame rate changed video files.

Step 4: Click the red big"Convert" button to start and finish changing frame rate.
